Patient Care and Fertility Nurses
Our patient care coordinator, Sue, is usually the first person you'll speak to if you want to know more about IVF. Her fertility expertise has encompassed patient cycle management, donor program management, and coordinating genetic testing so she can answer any questions you have about the process.
Our nurses are all experienced fertility Registered Nurses (RNs). They will accompany you throughout your entire journey at Flinders Fertility. You'll encounter the same familiar faces during your blood tests, scans, and every clinic appointment, and they'll be present for your embryo transfer. They will assist you in understanding which medications to take and when. They are always available by phone to provide your results and address any questions.

Embryologists
It might come as a surprise that your embryologist is the one who reaches out to discuss your embryos, instead of asking you to log into a portal or talk to other staff members. This is because our highly skilled embryologists have been looking after your embryos, making them the best qualified to give you a comprehensive update.
Our embryologists are readily available over the phone and are happy to address any questions you may have about your cycle. They offer honest, detailed information so you can be fully informed and, if necessary, collaborate with your doctor on your next steps.
Admin Team
Our helpful admin team is always ready to assist. They serve as your initial contact both over the phone and at reception, scheduling appointments for the doctors and addressing most inquiries (ensuring you aren't shuffled from one person to another without a valid reason). The admin team will relay messages when other staff members are attending to patients and will do everything possible to ensure you are treated as an individual, not just a number.
